What is the program about?
The uninsured and underinsured people who have insurance, but their deductibles are so high they never meet them, and they are paying full price for medicine. What do I have to do to get started?
On the website, https://dachealthcare.com/rx/prosperity-usa, click "subscribe" to enroll. Sign up and create your account to obtain your membership card. Then have your Prescriptions called in or sent to our pharmacy and shipment will begin.
Will all prescribed drugs be free; at no cost to me?
Yes, all generic medications on our formulary are FREE. The ones not listed in our FREE formulary are available at deep discounts through your local pharmacy-simply by showing them your membership card.
Can I begin using this benefit right after I sign up? Or is there a minimum wait period?
There is no waiting period. Yes, you can begin using it immediately for Mail Order, and for retail 24 hours after you sign up.
How long will it take for me to sign up and become activated?
Signing up is easy, it will only take a few moments to answer required information.
Are my brand name drugs free?
Only your generic medications on the formulary are free with your monthly subscription.
So, brand medication is not available?
Our pharmacists can help determine if there is an equivalent drug to help meet your medical need. Or, you may obtain brand name medications through your retail pharmacy at a discounted contracted cost.
Does this plan have over the counter medications and are they also free?
The "online FREE pharmacy" does offer over the counter medications through mail order at 50% or more off retail prices - simply add them to your Rx Order.
Are there any additional costs?
Standard shipping is FREE. Expedited shipping prices are as follows: Next Day $44.95, 2 Day $15.00. Over the counter medications only are $5.99 for shipping.
How many of my family members can be on the plan with me?
As many family members you have. All family members must live at the same address.
Can I have multiple addresses for family members?
No. All family members must live at the same address. Shipping address can change depending upon circumstances.
Can I change my subscription from family to single or single to family if I need to?
Yes, changes can be made on your monthly billing date.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes.
How do I get my prescriptions transferred?
Our pharmacist will contact your local pharmacy or physician and have your prescription transferred to us. Or you can provide your doctor with our pharmacy information.
What will the quantity be that I will receive as free?
The quantity will be as per the doctor’s order on the prescription. However, there is a maximum qty limit allowed by the program. Charges may occur for maximum quantity limits exceeded.
Do you support 30-day prescriptions? How about 90-Days?
Yes, we support 30 day and 90- day prescriptions. The most economical will be a 90-day supply!
Is there a limit to how many prescriptions I can get filled?
There is no limit.

Do I have to contact my doctor?
The pharmacists will reach out to your doctor to request a new prescription or refill. However, you can also inform your doctor of your new pharmacy for future prescriptions.

Can I use this plan at retail?
Yes, present your membership card to your local pharmacy. Your prescription cost will be at the contractual rate.
Are diabetic drugs covered for free? Meters, Test strips?
You will receive a free meter, low- cost testing strips, and lancets.
If I don’t use the plan, will I still be charged?
Yes. Monthly subscription applies to remain active in the program.
